Uniquely qualified to work with Fire Departments, have 20+ years of experience in Human Resources with 10 years as an HR partner (partially embedded) to a 350 person municipal fire department in Mesa, Arizona.

My focus is developing leaders through High Performance training programs, coaching, and consulting to solve organizational problems and prepare leaders for the future.
